At the same time, the state enterprise "Artyomsol" started implementation of the system of food safety - ISO 22000: 2005 HACCP. The new standard provides an analysis of hazards and control of critical points.
It is based on compliance requirements to production, careful analysis of industrial and other processes to identify potential hazards in food products and the establishment of specific actions to prevent, eliminate or reduce these threats to an acceptable level.
This management system has been developed by the World Health Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization. In addition, it is recognized and used in almost all modern countries enterprises producing food.
