Near Slaviansk sword of the Scythians has been found who is 2500 years old.
Museum employee Anatoly Shamrai said that the uniqueness of the sword is that it is of a non-standard size. Its length is 75 centimeters.
"Why are we talking about dating no later than the 5th century BC?" - this is evidenced by the crosshair, the so-called "butterfly"
Usually swords found in the graves, this was found at the site of the battle or possible trade route.
The sword will be exhibited in the exposition of the Museum of Slaviansk.
