The subsidiary company of one of the world's largest port operators DP World (Dubai Port World) bought most of the shares of the Ukrainian company operating tugboats in the port of Yuzhny.
 Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized P & O Martitime B.V. indirectly acquire LLC "LBSH" (Yuzhny, Odessa region). 

P & O Maritime is a global operator of port services, established in the UK in 1834. Provides various port services around the world. It has its own fleet of tugboats, mooring vessels, research vessels, passenger and cruise liners.
In 2006, P & O Maritime was acquired by DP World Group, which is one of the largest port operators in the world. The company's headquarters is located in the port of Jebel Ali (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Operates 78 sea and land terminals in 40 countries, and also manages 50 related businesses.
