lifecell launched "mobile money" - customers can pay for services using the mobile balance. 
lifecell launches a payment portal, preparing for mobile payments, and the subsidiary company Paycell received the status of a financial company in Ukraine. 

Until today, the possibility of paying for services using the funds on the phone account was available to the subscribers of the Kyivstar operator within the framework of the Mobile Money service and Vodafone subscribers using the Vodafone Pay service
