TransferWise with the office in Cherkassy and BitFury hit the top 50 fintech start-ups according to Forbes.
In the list - many famous teams, including Coinbase, Ripple and others. 
 
the Latvian-Ukrainian BitFury Group - the company was founded in 2011 by the Latvian Valery Vavilov and the Ukrainian Valery Heavenly. The company manufactures equipment and software for mining crypto-currencies, including bitcoins, and also works on blocking technologies. Last year it became known that the startup earns almost $ 100 million a year. 



TransferWise serves about two million customers, who transfer more than 1 billion pounds ($ 1.31 billion) per month for 750 currency routes. The startup also works with Ukrainian hryvnia, although so far it is only possible to receive transfers in the country.
