In Kherson region, 700 thousand pups of pike were released into reservoirs

The document is intended to regulate legal relations in the field of inland water transport and to establish the economic and organizational bases of inland water transport activity. It is expected that the adoption of the draft act will ensure uniform terminology in the field of water transport and allow to avoid conflicts in the relevant field of legislation. In particular, the bill provides for the establishment of the State Fund for Inland Waterway Development. The law also liberalizes the inland waterway market by adopting ships under a foreign flag and introducing free passage of locks and partial exemption of inland navigation vessels from seaports.
