SamGas successfully conducted use of gas meters on a distance in Ukraine. The result of a pilot project on remote accounting of natural gas consumption in the three regions of Ukraine.     Since November 2015 the working Group provided remote readout meters of natural gas . F rom 1 of April 2016 the pilot project was launched which included three distribution companies, located in different geographical   regions of Ukraine and consumption y types . With a covering of 26.9 thousand subscribers in different categories. " Dnepropetrovskgaz " , " Odessagaz " and " Poltavagaz ". Today the pilot project is online and physically installed all the measuring instruments and reading performance , developed software for operators and consumers , as well as readout and daily automatic balancing in test mode .

Russian holds oil valve wide open. Russian oil production in 2014 climbed to its highest level in more than a 25 years. In December, the Russian oil production peaked according to the Department of Energy on average 10.67 million barrels per day ( see chart). That's the highest level since the end of the Soviet Union. The length of the new gas pipeline interconnector from Ukraine to Poland will be about 100-110 kilometers. The pipe will be built between the gas-measuring station " Drozdovychi " on the border, and compressor station " Bilche - Volytsya".  Amount of pumped gas is from  4 to 8.3 billion cubic meters of gas per year, depending on the diameter of the pipe . On this will also depend the cost of the project. According to preliminary estimates , it will make 183-244 million USD with VAT . The main direction of the pipeline - from Poland to Ukrainian natural gas pipelines and storage " Bilche - Volytsya ", " Opara ," " Dashava ", " Ugersko" but it will be possible and the reverse option - from Ukraine to Poland .
