Delivery of the main Christmas tree of Ukraine in 2018 to Kiev was carried out with the active support of AvtoKrAZ. For this purpose the KrAZ-64431 truck was selected.


 Transportation of 90-year-old tree was difficult. Spruce was very high - about 28 meters, which made the road train extremely long. The green beauty miraculously settled on a 30-ton trailer.


Having overcome almost 800 km, consisting of a tractor-trailer in KrAZ got to Kiev. However, the main Christmas tree did not want to let police into Kiev. The guardians of the order explained this by the heavy traffic of the streets. As a result KrAz tractor with semitrailer arrived at Sofiiska area it not as the 14-30 was originally planned, but to two o'clock in the morning.
