Undefeated World Boxing Council silver super lightweight champion, Josh Taylor , will defend for the third time,  against former Ukrainian world champion Viktor Postol , Saturday night at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow , Scotland. The fight is organized by Cyclone Promotions and will be aired on Channel 5 in the United Kingdom. Unbeaten in 12 matches, with 11 knockouts, Taylor is considered one of the brightest prospects of today.  He comes from knocking out in just three rounds to the Nicaraguan Winston Campos, but  opposition from Postol (29-1, 12 knockouts) will possess a far higher stamp of authority. This Friday, the official weigh in,  with Taylor registering 139.6 pounds, while Postol was exactly the same.

The 56th WBC Congress will be held in Kiev, Ukraine. From September 30 to October 5 in Kiev will host the 56th Congress of the World Boxing Council ( WBC ).  It is expected that the capital of Ukraine will visit more than 600 participants of the congress from more than 100 countries of the world, including world boxing stars, promoters, judges and managers. Among the stars of boxing in the capital of Ukraine will come: ex-absolute world heavyweight champion American Riddick Bowe , ex-world champions British Anthony Bellew and Amir Khan , who represents Britain and Yemen, ex-world champion Nazim Hamed , who in 2015 was included to the international boxing hall of fame.     A lso a number of outstanding champions of the past: Azuma Nelson from Ghana, Spaniard Francisco Castillejo , Italian Nino Benvenutti , who this year turned 80 years old. Olexander Gvozdik won the French judge Mehdi Amara's unanimous decision and won the "temporary" WBC championship belt in semi-heavyweight.

Olexander Gvozdik won the French judge Mehdi Amar 's unanimous decision and won the  WBC championship belt in semi-heavyweight. Due to talent and fighting qualities  Gvozdik  won most of the rounds and on the cards of all judges won his 15th victory: 116: 112, 118: 110 and 117: 111. It should be noted that the "temporary" champion title will allow the Ukrainian to hold his next fight with the full world champion Adonis Stevenson .

On July 9 in Manchester (UK ) will be the second fight WBA champion ( the Super ) and WBO heavyweight champion 27 -year-old Brit Tyson Fury and former world champion in the same weight category 40 -year-old Wladimir Klitschko
