What to do while in Ukraine

One of the features of the Ukrainian resistance is that the Ukrainians, as it were, reversed the famous formula of Thucydides (in the mouth of the Athenians, if more precisely) from the "Melos dialogue": "The strong do what they can, and the weak tolerate what they must."  Looking back today at the entire period of the full-scale invasion (which the Kremlin expected to complete in weeks, if not days, and which has already lasted longer than the Second World War), you can see how the Ukrainians reinvented a new formula for themselves, two and a half thousand years after Thucydides:  The "strong" does only what the degree of resistance of the "weak" allows.  And this formula is not limited only to the struggle of Ukrainians. 

This is the right to determine for ourselves what our country will be like: what Independence Day and the Ukrainian flag really mean 35 years ago, on August 24, 1991, at an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR, the Act of Proclamation of Independence of Ukraine was adopted. This document became a cornerstone and not accidental in the modern history of our state. The text of the Act of Independence was created on the morning of August 24 in the parliament building, showing determination and courage, together with other deputies, by Levko Lukyanenko and Leontiy Sandulyak. German Federal Environment Minister Carsten Schneider, together with a delegation, visited the Skole Beskids National Park and got acquainted with its work during the war. The three-day camp brought together hundreds of young judokas from different regions of Ukraine.
