Another part of the upper wall has collapsed in the Khotyn Fortress in Bukovina.

According to the director of the reserve, restoring this area is extremely difficult due to its location on a steep canyon slope, where it is impossible to use conventional building structures.

Currently, experts have performed 3D scanning and ground-penetrating radar surveys to detect cavities in the soil.

▪️The fortress has previously had a wall collapse. The mayor of Khotyn, Andriy Dranchuk, reported that the destruction is very significant. Currently, tourists have limited access to the accident site.
