Ukraine is bigger than all of us.
For any personality, for any position, for any power.
It was before us. It is today. And it will be after us.
Because Ukraine is not just the name of the state. It is what we put into this word: freedom, dignity, responsibility for our future.
Ukrainians reminded the world that freedom is not a declaration. And not beautiful words that sound good in speeches. Freedom is something for which sometimes you have to pay the highest price.
And that is why Ukraine has become a test not only for itself, but also for the world. A test of the correspondence of words to actions. Of the readiness to defend the principles that the democratic world has been talking about for decades.
We have already paid for our place in this world with the sweat, blood and tears of millions of Ukrainians.
And whatever the result of the struggle of individual politicians, Ukraine will remain. Because politicians come and go. Positions change. The powers end. But the country remains.
Ukraine is bigger than all of us.
But it depends on us what it will be like.
Because we are all Ukraine.
