Thailand cancels visa fees for Ukrainians
The Thai
government has decided to exempt tourists from the 21st country,
including Ukraine, from paying the visa fee during the period from
December 1 to January 31, 2019. This is reported by Bangkok Post.
From paying the visa fee of 2,000 baht ($ 60) will be exempt holders of passports: Andorra, Bhutan, Bulgaria, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Romania , San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Without making a payment, tourists will be able to stay in Thailand for 15 days.
This innovation should help increase the flow of tourists by 30%.
