KrAZ manufactured special equipment for Donbass on the order of the UN

PJSC "AvtoKrAZ" and the UN implemented another joint project - to provide the utility company "Waters of Donbass" with new specialized KrAZ cars for maintenance and repair of water supply systems.


The transfer of equipment at the end of last week went unnoticed. Representatives of the UN and the recipient are satisfied with the implementation of the contract of PJSC "AvtoKrAZ".

Special equipment was delivered under the UN tender. The funds are allocated by the Government of Japan. Customer - UNOPS (United Nations Office of Project Services).

 The base of workshops is an off-road chassis of the KrAZ-63221 (6x6) Euro 5 as standard. According to the contract conditions, the special equipment is equipped with a winch - in front, and a hook-on hook - from behind. KUNG, production of "Special equipment plant" (Irkliy city), divided into two compartments - passenger and technical, with two windows in each. The driver's cab and passenger compartment have emergency hatches, the size of which involves evacuation of a person in winter uniforms, heaters, air conditioners. An internal communication system is installed between the driver's cab and both compartments.
