On 30 of  May unknown person has brought a picture of   Izaak Ouwater,   «Nieuwstraat in Hoorn», 1784 to The Embassy of the Netherlands in Kyiv   . T he picture is one of those works that were stolen from the Museum of Western Frisland Dutch town of Hoorn on the night of January 10, 2005. The people got this picture as a present a few years ago. All this time the picture was at his home. Two weeks ago the man brought the painting to the art specialist  to get professional advice on the authorship the value and artistic value of the work.    It is during such consultation by art specialist found and told the owner that the picture belongs to a stolen ten years ago collection.
