Rating of Ukrainian operators on the quality of mobile Internet

The French company nPerf conducted a study of the quality of mobile Internet in Ukraine and compiled a rating of mobile operators by service level.

Kyivstar got the best mobile Internet, lifecell took the second place, and Vodafone Ukraine took the third.




The study was conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2019. NPerf experts analyzed the test results of data transfer and reception speeds, the stability of mobile Internet services, the loading of web pages, the quality of video streaming and other indicators.

The average data download speed in the Kyivstar network according to nPerf tests was 20.9 Mbit / s, and 11.7 Mbit / s data transfer was the best result among the Big Three operators. At the same time, lifecell showed the lowest latency, and Vodafone Ukraine showed the speed of loading web pages and the stability of the mobile network.
 

 The measurement was collected through the nPerf.com website and partner sites (for fixed line data), as well as on nPerf mobile applications (for mobile data). Tests are conducted directly by subscribers.

In total, they conducted more than 26,000 tests on all networks: 2G, 3G and 4G. Most of the tests passed in the Kyivstar network, the shares of Vodafone and lifecell are lower.
