Kharkiv Tractor Plant continues to put into operation new progressive equipment as part of a large-scale production modernization program.
It is reported by the National Industrial Portal with reference to the press service of the enterprise.
One example of modernization is the creation of a new section for machining parts. For this purpose, progressive equipment was purchased and put into operation.
The advantage of this equipment is the complex processing of parts with the use of software, which significantly improves productivity and quality.
“New advanced technology used in developed countries will allow us to replace legally outdated equipment that was previously used in manufacturing and which has a high degree of wear and tear on high performance and precision equipment. We are trying to keep up with the times and we are studying the experience of other countries for this purpose and trying to apply it to KhTZ, ”said Vladislav Sopit, the head of the project of modernization of the KhTZ plant.
This example does not limit the scale of the tasks of modernization of the CHP. The company is also reconstructing production facilities, as well as engineering structures, buying new equipment and continuing work to optimize the structure of production.
It should be reminded that a line of chemical-thermal treatment of metals was put into operation earlier at KhTZ, which made it possible to significantly improve the quality of heat treatment of parts.
It should be noted that the plant is continuing the strategic modernization program of the leading national tractor manufacturer. DCH's investment in the modernization of the KhTZ will amount to about UAH 230 million.
