The Ukrainian national team has completed its performances at the 2026 European Wrestling Championships, which were held in Tirana. The 18-year-old Ukrainian took 3rd place in the individual epee and brought Ukraine its first medal at the tournament in Cagliari. With this award, she takes first place among the most titled Ukrainian fencers at the U23 European Championships.

Ukrainian heavyweight Andriy Novitsky won a resounding victory over American Alexander Flores in the main event of the evening in Long Beach for the WBC International heavyweight title. The fight took place at the Thunder Studios arena and began with the Ukrainian having the upper hand. The Dovzhenko Film Studio has been included in the list of Treasures of European Film Culture. The European Film Academy website states that it is one of the key film studios in Eastern Europe: over almost a century, more than 1,000 films have been created here, including works that have become classics of world cinema and shaped Ukrainian cinema. The updated list also includes cinemas, studios and filming locations in various European countries, including Berlin, Stockholm, Riga and Tallinn.

Ukrainian company STETMAN will produce space satellites. The first one will be launched in October The company wants to launch the first test satellite in October 2026, and then move on to deploying a full-fledged constellation.
