Andriy Novitsky won in the main event of the evening in Long Beach for the WBC International heavyweight title.

Ukrainian heavyweight Andriy Novitsky won a resounding victory over American Alexander Flores in the main event of the evening in Long Beach for the WBC International heavyweight title.

The fight took place at the Thunder Studios arena and began with the Ukrainian having the upper hand. Novitsky moved actively, worked at a distance, changed stances and confidently controlled the course of the fight.

However, in the third round the situation became more complicated - Flores landed an accurate blow and even broke the Ukrainian's nose. After that, Novitsky changed his approach and began to act more aggressively.

At the decisive moment, Andriy caught his opponent on the verge of approaching, shook him with a powerful blow and knocked him down. Flores got up, but did not have time to recover - the Ukrainian immediately went to finish him off, scored a second knockdown, after which the referee stopped the fight.

For Nowitzki, this is the 16th victory in his career without defeats, with 12 of them being by knockout.
