Revenues of IT departments of Ukrainian companies increased by over UAH 9 billion in 2025

Which companies had the highest revenue in 2025?
Modus X
A subsidiary of DTEK, which works with both the group and external clients. In 2025, revenue grew by 18% to UAH 2.15 billion, but the pace slowed down, and profit decreased to UAH 134 million. Modus X employs 838 people.

The company has 22 external clients and develops projects related to SAP ERP solutions and AI (in particular, the Quantum program at DTEK).

ThemeBit
Fozzy Group is an IT company that employs 965 people. The company's revenue grew by 103% to UAH 1.53 billion. TemaBit develops most of the group's internal products, and also launched its own SaaS platform BitSvit for creating AI-based business applications. Some of the solutions were opened to external developers.

 Nova Digital
The IT division of Nova Group, which increased revenue by 49% in 2025 to UAH 1.48 billion. Currently, it employs over 1,200 employees.

The company develops digital services for logistics and creates its own products, in particular the route optimization system RoutStripe. The number of external clients has more than doubled over the year. We would like to add that last year DOU published an interview with Nova Digital CEO Andriy Chepiga.

Kyivstar.Tech
Kyivstar's IT company, which employs 675 people. In 2025, revenue increased by 27% to UAH 1.24 billion. Key projects include the development of a national LLM and AI-based solutions, including chatbots for business. Recall that recently, Kyivstar's digital product development director Mykhailo Nestor left .

 Metinvest Digital
The IT subsidiary of Metinvest, which showed the lowest growth among the rating participants - less than 1% (807 million UAH in revenue). This is due to the reduction in the parent company's business, in particular, the shutdown of the Pokrovskaya Coal Group. The company focuses on internal solutions, but also partially works with external clients (up to 10% of revenue). Metinvest Digital currently employs over 700 people.

Other companies with the highest revenue in 2025 included: Naftogaz Digital Technologies, IT SmartFlex, MINT Innovations, Kernel Digital, and Foxteam Digital.
