The French company nPerf conducted a study of the quality of mobile Internet in Ukraine and compiled a rating of mobile operators by service level. Kyivstar got the best mobile Internet, lifecell took the second place, and Vodafone Ukraine took the third. The study was conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2019. NPerf experts analyzed the test results of data transfer and reception speeds, the stability of mobile Internet services, the loading of web pages, the quality of video streaming and other indicators. The average data download speed in the Kyivstar network according to nPerf tests was 20.9 Mbit / s, and 11.7 Mbit / s data transfer was the best result among the Big Three operators.
