Ukrainian service Liki24 launched in Romania

Liki24, a Ukrainian platform for booking and delivery of medicines, began operating in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, at the end of June. The next step is to enter the Hungarian market. The CEO of the company Anton Avrinsky told about this in an interview with the Ukrainian Forbes.

According to the head of Liki24.com, the selection of new markets for scaling took place in three stages, and one of the startup's investors, Genesis Investments, also participated in the analysis.

As a result, the choice fell on Romania - a country with a small drug market and low competition. If everything works out, the plans are to launch the service in two or three countries, one of which may not be in Europe, Avrinsky said.

During its existence, the startup managed to attract $ 6 million in investments, including from Genesis Investments, TA Ventures and Horizon Capital, and its turnover in 2020 grew to $ 20 million.

In July 2020, on its 3rd birthday, Liki24 started working in Poland. The service is now available in Warsaw, Krakow and Gdansk.
