Kharkiv agrees on production of Turkish Karsan buses
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Kharkiv between the Kharkiv City Council and the Turkish bus company Karsan with reference to the CTS. The document was signed on April 8, during the International Forum "Municipal Infrastructure: Urban Development and Comfort". According to the Secretary of the Kharkiv City Council Igor Terekhov, in a few years Kharkiv plans to purchase about 500 Turkish-made buses, which will be the basis for the creation of municipal public transport in the city. “Buses are spacious, with a low floor, with anti-vandal coverage.
