 The World Bank will consider a project to modernize Kyiv Transport

 The World Bank's Board of Directors has included in the agenda for May 27 this year a project for Ukraine to increase mobility in Kyiv by $ 37.67 million with reference to the CTS.

According to the information on the bank's website, the borrower in both cases is Ukraine.

The project will be implemented by the Kyiv City State Administration.

The project to increase mobility in Kyiv provides for three components: preparation for the launch of high-speed transit to Troieschyna (approximately $ 12 million), construction of a tram line from the street. Starovokzalna to the Palats Sportu metro station with access to Vokzalna Square and reconstruction of this area ($ 16 million), as well as strengthening of Kyiv's transport planning systems ($ 2 million).
