 Azur Air Ukraine plans to open a direct flight from the United States.

The company has already received permission from the State Aviation Service to fly from Kiev to New York, Miami and Chicago from October 1, 2020 for an indefinite period. Flights are scheduled to begin in April 2021.

The company will fly in all directions twice a week. However, if necessary, the frequency can be increased, as Ukraine and the United States have an open skies agreement. It is planned to expand the fleet to fly in new directions. UIA used to operate direct scheduled flights from Ukraine to the United States, but has now been suspended.
