 A stadium has been built in Kyiv region that can host Champions League matches

 

 The stadium, which meets all European standards, was built in the village of Kovalivka, Kyiv region. The sports facility is designed for 5,000 spectators.

with reference to "My Kyiv region".

The stadium is equipped with modern powerful lighting, has a heated lawn and a system of drainage and automatic watering. They also took care of security systems and workplaces for the media, and in addition to the locker rooms, there will be a lift.

The stadium meets UEFA's international requirements. This will allow them to host qualifying matches for the Champions League and UEFA Europa League in Kovalivka. Thus, the stadium will accommodate twice as many spectators as the residents of the settlement where it is built. The reconstruction lasted more than a year and cost 160 million hryvnias.
