The European Bank has allocated funds for the construction of the third subway in Kharkiv
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Financing Agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank". The project is “Extension of the third subway line in the city of Kharkiv”.

According to the agreement, the European Investment Bank will allocate a loan of 160 million euros for the construction of the third branch of the Kharkiv subway. The total repayment period of the loan is 25 years, the number of tranches is 20.
Funds for the implementation of this investment project, as well as its maintenance and repayment costs are stipulated in the State Budget Law throughout the term of the loan agreements.
