UkrPoshta launched a parcel express delivery service from Poland

The national postal operator “Ukrposhta” together with its partners SMART Forwarding and the Polish company “InPost” opens a new parcel delivery service in 3-6 days from the time of departure from a warehouse in Poland to Ukraine.

Yes, sending a parcel through an InPost post office weighing 10 kg up to 19x38x64 cm will cost approximately 37 PLN or about 230 UAH in equivalent. If the value of the investments of one recipient in one mail order does not exceed the customs limit of 100 euros, then the customs clearance will be carried out by a simplified mechanism.

    While working in test mode, we make weekly deliveries, we adjust all processes to make the service as convenient as possible for consumers, - noted in Ukrposhta.

Unlike the Polish postal operator, which sends parcels weighing up to 20 kg and with a shipping cost not exceeding 94 euros, the service from Ukrposhta will deliver goods up to 30 kg without limiting the cost of the shipment. International parcels in excess of the 100 euro customs limit will be subject to additional tax.

Customers at Smart Post Global will be able to choose a method of shipment from Poland and delivery to Ukraine, complete a customs declaration, forms of sender and consignee, and pay for the order online.

The company plans to launch similar channels of international parcel delivery to Ukraine from Italy, UK, Germany in the near future.
