   The World Bank' s Board of Directors has included in the agenda for May 27 this year a project for Ukraine to increase mobility in Kyiv by $ 37.67 million with reference to the CTS. According to the information on the bank's website, the borrower in both cases is Ukraine. The project will be implemented by the Kyiv City State Administration. The project to increase mobility in Kyiv provides for three components: preparation for the launch of high-speed transit to Troieschyna (approximately $ 12 million), construction of a tram line from the street. On April 7, the relevant resolution, which mentioned 2 cannabis-based drugs, was published on the government portal. "The circulation of psychotropic substances nabilone and nabiximols is allowed only in the form of drugs or in the form of substances intended for the production and manufacture of such drugs," the document reads.
