Australia announced its intention to supply Bushmaster armored vehicles on April 1.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has previously stated his readiness to hand over armored vehicles to Ukraine.

"We are not just sending our prayers, we are sending our weapons, we are sending our ammunition, we are sending our humanitarian aid, we are sending all this and the bulletproof vests. We will ship our armored vehicles, including our Bushmaster transporter. And we will send them there on our C-17 planes, ”he said.

Bushmaster IMV is an Australian wheeled all-wheel drive armored personnel carrier. It was created for use in the desert areas of northern Australia. It can carry 9 soldiers with food supplies (270 liters of water) and ammunition for 3 days of autonomous resistance.
