The monument in Berlin was covered with the Ukrainian flag

 Unknown activists covered a tank with a Soviet coat of arms with a huge Ukrainian flag, set up in Berlin, near Tiergarten.

Police quickly removed the flag from the monument.

And although local Russians have begun to complain and demand punishment for the "criminals", the police will not conduct a special investigation, as the monument was not damaged.

However, the Russian embassy sent a note to the German Foreign Ministry over the incident. The Berlin authorities replied that the T-34 tank was developed in Kharkiv, and Kharkiv is Ukraine.
