In March, renewable energy accounted for almost 70% of Ukraine's demand

According to the data of the system operator of NPC “Ukrenergo”, the capacity of the power plants using renewable sources reached almost 3.4 GW in the country's total energy balance by March 11, exceeding 1.4 times the total capacity of the TPP units, which in the same time was 2,365 GW.

At 11:00 on March 26, the nuclear power plant and the TPP were operating on an even schedule at 10,029 GW and 2,002 GW respectively; Hydroelectric and hydroelectric power plants operated at 100 MW, pumping water into the upper reservoirs of HPPs was carried out at a capacity of 787 MW, consumption was 16,617 GW.
