What to do while in Ukraine

Humanitarian aid was delivered to the Chernihiv Regional Children's Hospital to improve the conditions of treatment and stay of children in the medical institution. The initiative was implemented in the framework of the visit to Chernihiv region of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha and within the framework of the work of the Association of Spouses of Ukrainian Diplomats, headed by Ms. Tanya Sybiha, with the assistance of the Embassy of Ukraine in Angola.  Thanks to the support of the Angolan philanthropist and entrepreneur Bento Adriano Mendes, the hospital received 50 hospital beds and 50 mattresses. The total cost of the assistance provided, including logistical costs, is about 700 thousand hryvnias. 🙌The U20 World Wrestling Championship is underway in Bratislava, Slovakia, which has gathered about 700 young athletes from all over the world. Following the representatives of the Greco-Roman style, the women completed the fight for the awards. 🥉Ukrainian wrestler Oleksandra Rybak rose to the third step of the podium, replenishing the medal treasury of the Ukrainian national team with a bronze medal!

Nikita Sheremet from Odessa is the European swimming champion! 🏊‍♂️✨ At the 2026 European Aquatics Championships in Paris, the 19-year-old student of the Odessa swimming school won a convincing victory in the 50-meter freestyle. ⚡️ 21.13 seconds - this is exactly the result that Nikita recorded in the final, setting a new Ukrainian record! The path to gold was impressive: in the semifinals, the athlete repeated the previous national record of Vladislav Bukhov (21.38 s), and in the final he exceeded it! This is Nikita's first gold medal at the adult European Championships.  There were successes ahead at the junior world and European championships, as well as the title of vice-champion of Europe in short water - and now the highest step of the podium has been conquered!
