A US electric scooter rental service LIME will be available in Ukraine

The popular Lime electric scooter rental service in Europe and the US will be available in Ukraine by 2020. The owner of the Cascade Investment Fund Vitaliy Khomutynnik has informed about it.

    "They will raise another $ 500 million for expansion in Europe, and I know for sure that this service will be available in Ukraine next year," Khomutynnik said.

Lime is the world leader in co-rental of electric scooters. The service is widespread and popular in the US and Europe.

To use the service, you need to install the Lime app on your smartphone. The map will show all available vehicles nearby. Before the trip, the customer provides payment information, then scans the QR code on the vehicle and starts the trip.

To complete the trip, you need to park the scooter and activate the trip completion feature in the application. The cost of the trip is immediately deducted from the user's card. The service requires each user to take a photo of a parked vehicle to verify that it has been parked correctly.
