Construction of a new grain terminal completed in Mariupol seaport. Already 8 out of 10 silos of the new grain terminal with a total capacity of 5.7 thousand tons are ready.
At the moment, the facility is undergoing concreting of the bases for granaries and foundations for operational silos. The construction of the grain terminal will give the port an opportunity to increase cargo traffic and cargo transshipment, as over 9 months of the current year the port has overloaded 350 thousand tons of grain cargo, which is twice more than the previous year.
It should be reminded that during January - August of this year Mariupol port reduced cargo transhipment by 3.2% to 3,884 tons.
