Kharkov "Electrotyazhmash" made a batch of electric motors for domestic trolleybuses "Barvinok"

Kharkiv State Plant "Electrotyazhmash" is the largest manufacturer of traction motors for urban electric transport and railways. In addition, the company produces large generators for thermal, nuclear and hydroelectric power plants.

As reported at the plant, they have completed the production of a batch of four AD-903 traction motors for the Barvinok trolley, which is produced in Chernihiv. The company has already sent traction motors to the Chernihiv auto plant. From all appearances, these traction engines will be completed with the Barvinok trolleybuses for Cherkasy, where the dealer of the Chernihiv auto plant - the Etalon-leasing company won a tender for the supply of 3 trolleybuses.

Note that traction electric motors manufactured by "Electrotyazhmash" are used by almost all Ukrainian manufacturers of electric transport. In particular, the Kharkov plant produced traction motors of various types for the Ukrainian trams of Tatra-South and Electrotrans companies. As for trolley bus engines, factories from Lutsk, Lviv and Chernihiv buy them from Kharkiv.
