The average speed of mobile Internet in Ukraine has grown to 20.9 Mbps: a rating of operators from Ookla Speedtest

Ookla published the results of the analysis of speed tests in the Speedtest application, in which it assessed which network had the highest average mobile Internet speed in Ukraine in 2-3 quarters of 2019.

To do this, the company analyzed about 1.6 million Internet speed tests that users from Ukraine conducted in the Speedtest application during the specified period. The operators were assigned a Speed ​​Score: this is an indicator that includes information on the speed of downloading and data transfer (in 4G networks, as well as 2 / 3G).

According to the study, the average download speed of mobile Internet in Ukraine increased to 20.9 Mbit / s, compared to 16.17 Mbit / s in 2018. The leader in the speed of mobile Internet in the study was Kyivstar (the average download speed is 22.4 Mbit / s).
