Kherson seaport has been officially transferred to concession
The concessionaire company of the Kherson sea trade port, Risoil-Kherson LLC, promises to invest about UAH 300 million in the development of the port and another UAH 18 million in the city's infrastructure.

The concession has been concluded for 30 years, but according to the Minister of Infrastructure Vladislav Krykliy, already in 2030 the concessionaire is obliged to ensure the volume of transshipment of cargo at the port at the level of at least 1.36 million tons. In addition, Risoil-Kherson undertakes to increase up to 80% of the share of cargo to the port using rail, inland waterway and other modes of transport other than road.
The company will also co-finance the overhaul of the road surface on the way to the port and a new parking lot for trucks at the entrance to the city. The ministry assures that the concession of the ports of Olvia and Chernomorsk will be signed in the near future.
