Ukraine has reduced imports of goods by 12% in six months
In the first half of 2020, Ukraine's trade turnover reached 47.3 billion dollars, while imports amounted to 24.3 billion dollars, which is 12% less than the same period a year earlier. This was reported to UNN by the press service of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
"In the first half of 2020, Ukraine's trade turnover amounted to 47.3 billion dollars. Ukraine imported goods worth more than 24.3 billion dollars (compared to the first half of 2019, imports decreased by 3.4 billion dollars or 12%) Exported from Ukraine by 23 billion dollars (a decrease in exports amounted to 1.6 billion dollars or 6%) ", - said in a statement.
Accordingly, the balance (the difference between imports and exports) - negative - $ 1.4 billion.
Most imported from:
China - 15% of total imports
Germany - 9%
Of the Russian Federation - 9%.
Most often imported:
Mineral fuels; oil and its products; bituminous substances; mineral waxes;
Nuclear reactors, boilers, machinery, equipment and mechanical devices; their parts;
Means of land transport, except for railway or tramway rolling stock, their parts and equipment.
Main export partners:
China - 13% of total exports
Poland - 6%
Russian Federation - 6%.
Most often exported:
Cereals;
Ferrous metals;
Fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin; products of their cleavage; prepared edible fats; waxes of animal or vegetable origin
