Ajax Systems opened a second plant in Kiev. Hiring 1000 new employees planned

 

 Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian manufacturer of wireless security systems, has opened a second plant in Kiev.

Now the company is recruiting a staff of 150 people for a new location, and it plans to increase the number of employees to 1000 next year.

The second Ajax Systems plant is located on the Left Bank at the address: st. Borispolskaya, 9, on the territory of the former Kiev radio plant. The area of ​​the premises is 1,865 m².

The company does not disclose the amount of investment in the new plant. The reason for opening the second location is the scaling of Ajax production.

“Next year we plan to double our business and for this we need another production site. We decided to open it in Boryspilskaya, where a large production cluster already exists. This location will also allow us to attract more employees from the Left Bank and build a large production team faster, ”said Alexander Konotopsky, CEO of Ajax Systems.

Plans for 2021

At the moment, the new plant is focused on the production of DoorProtect and DoorProtect Plus sensors. Next year the company plans to transfer the second plant to manufacture the entire product line. Thus, both Ajax factories will duplicate each other in design.

“Now at Boryspilskaya we launched 24/7 testing, picking and assembly, quality control and packaging. In the future, it is planned to transfer all sections to a 24/7 schedule, ”said Bogdan Demchishin, director of production at Ajax Systems.

The plans for this year are to recruit 150 people for the new location: now there are vacancies for the positions of a picker, packer, assembler, test stand operator, electronic equipment installer, quality controller. It is planned to create up to 1000 jobs for the next year.
