Ukraine will build a maritime communication station on Snake Island

 The Maritime Search and Rescue Service has announced a tender for the construction of a global maritime communications system to ensure the safety of navigation.

with reference to Public.

The station is planned to be built in the village of Bile on Zmiiny Island, located in the Black Sea in the Odessa region. The estimated cost of the works will be over 68 million hryvnias. According to the terms of the tender, the deadline for completion of works is December 31, 2022.

The Maritime Search and Rescue Service has announced 4 more tenders for various works worth more than 2 million hryvnias, which relate to the construction of a shore radio station. In addition, another tender was announced - services for the analysis of the geotechnical subsoil of the island's soil.
