 At the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant performed operation on descent on water of the average landing ship «Yury Olefirenko» after carrying out dock repair.

with reference to the community "Nikolaev - the city of shipbuilders".

According to the repair information, the vessel was cleaned, defected, repaired and painted the outer skin and hull structures, repaired the shaft lines of the screw-stern and deadwood system, and repaired the bottom-outboard fittings. In addition, treads and the like were restored.

We will remind that last year KSF «Yury Olefirenko» passed at the same enterprise urgent repair of system of the main engine without which further operation of the ship would be impossible. Dock repairs with the restoration of appropriate structures and devices, the ship is the first time in many years.
