Airbus H125 helicopters were involved in patrolling the Ukrainian border
Border guards carried out air monitoring of the state border with the Republic of Belarus. For the first time, an Airbus Helicopter H125 was involved in this area.

The monitoring was carried out by border guards of the Chernihiv and Zhytomyr detachments with the flight staff of the Kharkiv squadron.
With the help of Airbus H125, border guards inspected the areas of the border service departments "Dobryanka", "Dniprovske", "Ivankiv", "Mlachivka", "Ovruch" and "Yasynets".
In total, the Airbus H125 surveyed almost 380 km along the state border and more than 142 km along the rear border of the exclusion zone and the zone of unconditional (compulsory) resettlement.
It should be noted that in addition to possible violations of the state border, in the area of these units were recorded typical of this area of illegal activities, signs of which can be detected during air monitoring.
Also, the staff of these departments detects and stops illegal movement from the Chernobyl zone, detects areas of amber mining, as well as illegal deforestation and stops poaching.
We will remind that Ukraine has to be replenished with 55 new samples of aircraft.
Of these, the SBGS will receive 24 new helicopters.
