“This year, we upgraded one of the largest elevators in Europe - Elevator Agro LLC, with a total capacity of 446 thousand tons of simultaneous storage,” Bogdan Shtogrin, director of the grain storage department of the holding told Ukrainian News, “One more Cimbria dryer was installed on it. Important Thanks to its installation, we increased the turnover of the elevator by expanding the range of crops: we added rapeseed, which can be taken in the amount of up to 2 thousand tons per day, and we also modernized the heating chamber of the existing GSI-10000 dryer. 5 thousand tons per day. The first in the second half of June, elevators of the southern and central regions of the country begin work. Ukrlandfarming has several of these located in these areas. One of them is Agro Service. "This year we reconstructed truck scales at the Agro Service elevator located in the Nikolaev region, increasing the platform length to 18 m, which now allows us to accept large vehicles," said Bogdan Shtogrin.
The total capacity of Ukrlendfarming’s own elevator network is 2.66 million tons of simultaneous wheat storage. 17 elevators are conveniently located near the main land masses of the holding and all have access railway lines. Due to its high-tech characteristics and logistic advantages, the elevator capacities of the ULF group cover 98% of the agricultural holding's own needs for storing agricultural products. Active is also the work of elevators with outsiders.
