Apple has registered its representative office in Ukraine - Apple Ukraine LLC.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the company was registered in Ukraine on April 15.

The main activity of Apple Ukraine LLC is wholesale of computers, peripherals and software. Other activities also include wholesale of electronic and telecommunications equipment, retail, warehousing, computer programming and more.
In turn, analysts and experts predict that Apple will not have its own outlets. The fact is that Apple has already established sales channels - the company sells its products in Ukraine through the officially authorized company ASBIS-Ukraine, which is part of the international holding ASBIS Group headquartered in Cyprus and offices in 24 countries. This holding sells products not only Apple, but also AMD, Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Seagate, Toshiba and others. At the same time, ASBIS-Ukraine does not sell products independently, it works with authorized intermediaries - chains of electronics stores.
