Kharkiv Tractor Plant modernized production and put into operation a new shop

 

 Kharkiv Tractor Plant presented a video showing the large-scale modernization of production. with reference to AutoCenter.

One of the examples of modernization of the production process at the Kharkiv Tractor Plant was the creation of a new section of machining of parts. For this purpose, advanced equipment manufactured in Japan and Germany was purchased and put into operation.

HTZ also has a new parts casting shop, which works on LGM technology (casting on gasified models). This technology allows to increase the accuracy of casting while significantly reducing the cost of equipment and materials, reduce the number of technological operations and minimize the amount of production waste.

These examples do not limit the scale of tasks for the modernization of HTZ. The company is reconstructing production shops, engineering structures and continues to purchase new equipment.

It will be recalled that a line of chemical and thermal treatment of metals was put into operation at the Kharkiv Tractor Plant earlier, which significantly improved the quality of heat treatment of parts.
