Ukravtodor is introducing a system for prioritizing road repairs and construction

 As part of the quality management reform in the road sector, Ukravtodor is implementing the HMD-4 system, software used to prioritize road repairs and construction. with reference to the CTS.

    “Obtaining a license to use HMD-4 will allow Ukraine to keep up with other players in the international road market - to attract investment and better control the quality of road works. The HDM-4 system was first used in Ukraine 7 years ago for EIB, EBRD and World Bank projects. However, only now the successful practice of automating the prioritization of repairs and construction will be introduced for all projects, including those carried out at the expense of the budget, ”said the head of Ukravtodor Oleksandr Kubrak.

At present, the working group on quality management in the road industry at Ukravtodor is processing terms of reference and regulations that will allow the introduction of use at all levels of road project management.
