Chinese taxi service DiDi began to open vacancies in Ukraine

 

 

 

 Chinese taxi aggregator DiDi is preparing to launch in Ukraine and should start operating in 2021. After the publication of the material, the company exited stealth mode and began posting vacancies openly.

DiDi has already posted the first vacancy in Kiev on the GRC recruiting portal. They are looking for an operational manager with at least 3 years of experience.
Job vacancy

The employee who is now looking for DiDi will have to take over the development of the network in Ukraine: create a strategy for attracting drivers to the service and support it at launch.

Main responsibilities:

    understanding the passenger transportation business in various aspects, such as: pricing, market, service lifecycle management, and the like;
    development and implementation of a strategy for attracting drivers and interacting with them during the launch period, responsibility for launching the service;
    optimization of key performance indicators;
    ensuring collaboration with finance, marketing and product management teams.

Requirements:

    work experience in the field of business consulting, investment banking or management for at least 3 years;
    experience in making decisions based on data and common sense in ambiguous circumstances and communicating effectively in a diverse team;
    English - C2 - Perfect.
