A powerful diaper production line has been launched in Ukraine
Biosphere Corporation has launched a diaper production line. The capacity of the line is 18,000,000 diapers per month, which will be enough to meet 15-20% of the needs of the Ukrainian market. Investments in the project amounted to 7 million euros.

The line from the Italian company ANDRITZ DIATEC s.r.l., one of the world's top three manufacturers of hygienic equipment, was installed in less than 2 months. The production is located in Dnipro on the production site of the KPD plant. Due to the quarantine, consultations with the specialists of the manufacturer were held online. As a result, the Biosphere team was able to establish one of the most high-tech diaper production lines in the world.
We were the first among Ukrainian companies to launch the production of diapers of this level and scale to provide consumers in Ukraine with a high quality product that is not inferior to European brands - as evidenced by laboratory tests and consumer tests, - said the founder and CEO of Biosphere Andriy Zdesenko.
The project was prepared for several years. During this time, the corporation chose the optimal line among the world's equipment manufacturers. We plan to produce diapers under several own brands and produce our own brands for large national networks. The very first brand of diapers will be presented next week.
It will be recalled that Biosphere Corporation is a leader in the production and distribution of household and personal care products in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Today, the company's products are presented in 25 markets, and the corporation's product portfolio includes more than 2,000 items under the brands "Freken BOK", Smile, Selpak, Vortex, Novita, PRO service, LaiKit and others.
