Today the staff of the enterprise with 2500 thousand people is headed by academician of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine, doctor of technical sciences Igor Fedorovich Kravchenko, who has been working at the enterprise for about 40 years and holds the position of head and general designer since 2010. Under his leadership, Ivchenko-Progress demonstrates a stable growth of financial indicators, both in terms of volume of work performed and their implementation. In the last 4 years alone, the company has transferred more than UAH 1 billion in taxes to the budgets of various levels.

Ivchenko-Progress actively cooperates with foreign aircraft manufacturers and participates in international scientific and technical projects. Priority areas in the work are research and development work.
